My research interests include the impact of technology on labor markets and designing redistributive and education policies to reduce inequalities.

Grace Leo is a Graduate Fellow at the Stone Center for Research on Wealth Inequality and Mobility. She earned her B.A. in Economics and Music from Smith College. Leo is currently serving with AmeriCorps City Year, supporting middle school students in writing and literacy. Leo has worked as a research assistant on projects related to climate change, gender and career advancement, and performance anxiety across disciplines. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and eating Indian food, though she admits her cooking skills are still a work in progress.
