Conference on Socioeconomic Opportunity and Inequality
Annually, the Conference on Socioeconomic Opportunity and Inequality brings together leading scholars working across disciplines on theoretical, econometric, and empirical papers that address inequality and mobility in the US or cross-culturally comparative contexts. Featuring research from the lens of economics, sociology, and public policy, we aim to foster cross-disciplinary approaches to inequality research and public policy evaluation. A component of our yearly Summer School, by engaging with each other through presentations and round-table discussions, we seek to provide the next generation of scholars with the multidisciplinary underpinning necessary for effective research on inequality dynamics.
Submissions for this summer conference are accepted during the preceding Spring Quarter.
