Interested in urban and spatial inequality, especially place-based-policies and how private actors and corporations influence public goods provision.

David was born and raised in Saint Louis, MO. He attended the Harris School, where he obtained his Master of Science in Computational Analysis and Public Policy, and is currently a doctoral student in Sociology at the University of Chicago. In his free time, David enjoys hanging out with his wife and dog, reading, and watching Cardinals baseball.
