Presented by the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago and the Stone Center for Research on Wealth Inequality and Mobility, the Economics of Intergenerational Mobility conference will summarize the current state of research on the topic and highlight opportunities for future work. The workshop will cover theory, methodology, international differences, historical perspectives, the role of neighborhoods and race, as well as different dimensions of mobility including occupation, wealth, and wellbeing.

 

Logistics: 

Upon your arrival at the Bank, registration and check-in will be in the lobby. Here you will pick up your event name badge and be asked to provide a government issued photo ID. You will then proceed through security to the Conference Center. We recommend arriving 15 minutes before the event start time to accommodate the check-in process.
