My current research focuses on the Korean labor market and education policies, and interactions between health and labor market outcomes.
Jungmin Lee is a professor of economics at Seoul National University, South Korea. He is also a Research Fellow at the Institute for the Study of Labor (IZA) in Bonn, Germany. He received his B.A. (international economics, 1996) and an M.A. (economics, 1998) from Seoul National University and Ph.D. (economics, 2004) from the University of Texas at Austin. He was previously an assistant professor at University of Arkansas at Fayetteville (2004-2007), Florida International University (2007-2010) and an associate professor at Sogang University, South Korea (2010-2016).
